We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for spearheading business expansion including conducting market research, generating leads, and developing effective sales strateties, seeking out new clients, and using a wide range of people-skills and expertise about our services and how that services can serve customers and expanding service/product lines as well.

 

As a BD Manager for the HR Service provider, you are to contribute to the development of a company by defining a strategy and managing the various HR projects. You will play a key role in the functional development of the company such as recruitment, staffing, payroll outsourcing, talent acquisition, and other services.

 

Some Duties and Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager included:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Generate leads by networking, cold calling, and using other effective strategies to attract prospective clients.
  • Manage client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and promote revenue growth.
  • Expand business operations by exploring potential customer bases and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare service contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Work out closely with Operations Team and Accounting team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable Sales Team and maintain a strong understanding of services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
Job requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development as sales manager in HR services, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Expert understanding of services and ability to innovate new ways the services can serve customers
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environment
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and projects to successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in project management and CRM systems, ensuring efficient tracking and management of client engagements.
  • About 5 years of experience in sales and business management is a priority since this is a managerial position responsible for the performance of others. This level of experience is also key because most Business Development Managers hone their skills through repeated interaction with clients, giving presentations and finding new leads.
